Migori Governor Okoth Obado has today on Wednesday introduced his wife and children to the public since the inhumane murder of Sharon Otieno.
Obado speaking during a presser on Wednesday was accompanied by some members of his immediate family.
"Just allow me to introduce my family, they are not all, but I have one of my daughters here, I also have one of my sons and I also have my wife here," he said.
Governor Obado was dragged into the murder of Otieno after allegations emerged that he was in a relationship with the deceased.
Sharon Otieno was seven months pregnant.
Governor Obado’s lawyer, Cliff Ombeta had confirmed that the governor was in a relationship with the slain student.
However, Obado has maintained he had nothing to do with the murder of the Rongo University student.
The Migori county boss called upon Kenyans to stop speculating and spreading rumours about the murder of Sharon and let the police do their work to find the truth.
