West Pokot Governor John Lonyangapuo on Wednesday appeared on Citizen JKL show where he addressed different issues about his leadership since he was elected into office.
The first term county boss left the host, Jeff Koinange in stitches when he reminded him that he can move the show to his backyard just like his Kiambu counterpart Ferdinard Waititu asked the government to move rivers instead of destroying properties worth billions.
Jeff could not stop laughing as the show came to an end.
"This show moves. Didn't you hear Waititu (Kiambu Governor) saying the river can move?" commented the hilarious mathematics professor.
During the show, the governor said that he doesn’t support leaders campaigning before 2022.
He reminded them to wait until the right time before they can contest. He also refused to comment on whether he will back Baringo Senator Gideon Moi, who is also his party leader in 2022.
The county also said that his government has transformed the lives of the residents since he took over office.
He noted that he has invested in different sectors of the economy including health, infrastructure, health and security among others. The governor also asked his critics to back his government for the sake of development.
