The MP claimed that the goons who looted Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) property should be hunted down to be arrested.

"It is untrue that I hired goons to destroy and loot property Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) in Suneka offices on Friday last week. I was in Nairobi when the goons stormed the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) offices to destroy property and I have no hand in the destruction," he stated at Suneka CDF offices on Monday.

He blamed his political rivals for spreading propaganda saying police should speed up investigation to nab the goons.

Oyioka argued that he was only informed about the destruction at the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) offices by one of his CDF officers.

The legislator warned residents against buying propaganda from his opponents who are committed to derailing his development agenda.

"Rivals want to bring me down but I want to confirm to all residents that I will not succumb anytime soon. Locals should ignore political brokers using the backdoor to gain political mileage," he added.

This comes after KeNHA official George Karani accused the MP of sending goons to destroy property.
