Starehe MP Charles Kanyi, alias Jaguar has asked Deputy President William Ruto to give him permission to beat up his Embakasi East counterpart, Babu Owino.
Speaking to residents in Kayole on Sunday, Jaguar said that he is not happy with the fact that Owino and other leaders have been insulting the second in command.
He said that he will not sit back and watch some leaders insulting Ruto as he fights to transform the lives of Kenyans in different ways. Jaguar sai that has come for Babu Owino to be taught another lesson.
"Your excellency there is a young boy called Babu Owino who insulted you recently. I am asking your permission to let me beat up that boy again and embarrass him, your Excellency," begged Jaguar. Jaguar was accompanied by Nominated Senator Milicent Omanga during the tour.
Babu Owino has been on the spot because of his incessant attacks against DP Ruto.
Last weekend, Babu said he will not allow Ruto to intimidate Raila Amolo Odinga as long as he remains in power. He also said that he is determined to fight for the Luo political kingpin by all means.
Owino also said that the Jubilee Party stands no chance of winning an election in Kibra after the death of former Ken Okoth.
