“A very happy and blessed birthday to you @dralfredmutua_official ~ ~ May the universe grant you all that you desire,” wrote Lilian Ng’ang’a.

The birthday message, however, elicited mixed reactions from different factions.

A section of social media users launched attacks against the post questioning their private affairs. 

Some asked her to bear a child for the governor.
