Nandi Senator Samson Kiprotich Cherargei has warned leaders against fighting Deputy President William Ruto.
The vocal senator told DP's enemies that their evil schemes were being noted, together with their specific names as days go by.
He was speaking at a function in Nandi County on Saturday in a video shared on Facebook by Nyeri Town MP Ngunjiri Wambugu.
According to Cherargei, the 'fight' against Ruto was akin to the fight against his supporters who could not sit and watch as the enemies execute their conspiracies.
"If you fight the deputy president, you are fighting us," he argued.
The youthful legislator further cautioned critics that the DP had a team of leaders who had thrown weight behind his ambitions and endeavours.
He further said that DP Ruto's allies are keen to ensure that his detractors are 'marked' and 'profiled'.
"Muendelee kutusi naibu wa rais lakini mjue (continue abusing the deputy president but know), we are marking you and we are profiling you," said Cherargei in the video.
He also threatened the conspirators of the DP of unspecified actions if they continue plotting evil schemes against him pointing out that Ruto was a son of a man, just like the rest of the leaders and ought to be respected.
