Mrs Otara confirmed that she is still in active politics despite her terrible loss during the 2017 polls.

"I'm here today so that my rivals can know that I am still in politics. I lost in 2017 but, come 2022 I'm pleading for your votes so that I can continue with the projects I started that are stalling," she said.

She warned her critics against taking advantage of her 2017 loss to tell lies.

"I will make a come back come 2022 to continue working for the people of Kisii county," she stated.

According to her, Huduma number is a good initiative which will make government service delivery easy.

"Bonchari constituents need to ignore false information doing rounds on social media that the Huduma number is evil. This is a personal Identification system which is aimed at enhancing public service delivery," she noted.

The Huduma number official launch and registration were also attended by former Kisii senator Chris Obure, Kisii Deputy Governor Joash Maangi and Bonchari MP John Oyioka.
