Ndeti, who lost the battle at the Supreme Court to the incumbent Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua, admitted that she is down but not out.

The politician told her supporters that she will continue to serve them in different capacities, despite having lost the Machakos gubernatorial seat's contest.

Ndeti equally sent a strong message to her rivals including Mutua stating that she will be back soon.

“I don't have to be a governor to serve my people, I can comfortably work for my Nation under any capacity. Those who think brought me down are mis-advised. My heart is at peace and I'll be back shortly with a bang,” Ndeti Twitted after an interview on Hot 96 on Wednesday.

Ndeti’s loss at the Apex court came as a shocker to her.

Before the ruling, Ndeti had maintained that she was not defeated by the incumbent governor on August 8, 2017 elections.

She claimed that the elections were marred with all sorts of illegalities and irregularities hence urged the court to nullify Mutua's victory for a by-election.

Ndeti argued that Mutua’s victory doesn’t reflect the voice of the people of Machakos.
