Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has weighed in on the woes of deported lawyer Miguna Miguna after he was ejected from Air France on his way back to Kenya.
Speaking during a press conference at the Parliamentary buildings in Nairobi on Wednesday, Kuria said that ODM leader Raila Odinga is to blame for the tribulations.
He said that President Uhuru Kenyatta has proven that he is ready to have Miguna back into the country but Raila has become the stumbling block.
According to the MP, Uhuru meant his word when he said that Miguna was welcome back into the country during the burial of the late First African Mayor of Nairobi Charles Rubia.
"When President was talking of allowing Miguna during the burial of (late and former mayor Charles) Rubia, he meant every word of it, but I have information that the person who is behind Miguna's tribulations is Raila Odinga," Kuria said, according to the Star.
Miguna has been faulting President Kenyatta for failing to comply with Court orders.
Through his official social media pages, he has been demanding the government to issue him with his travel documents so that he can come back safely.
Government spokesperson Cyrus Oguna released a statement claiming that Miguna is an unruly passenger who is threat to JKIA's category A1 status.
