Jeff Koinange has been left alone after his co-host Jalang'o announced his exit after more than a year at Hot 96.
Koinange and Jalang'o have been hosting a morning show together that commanded a huge following.
A replacement for Jalang'o has not yet been found meaning that Koinange will be alone until one is found.
The development has caused quite a stir.

"The two were a great team. Jalang'o's departure will surely leave a void that cannot be filled," Bakari Said says.
"I loved the show and would tune in every morning. I feel sad that Jalang'o has left," Sudo Guyo says.
"I don't see how the show will be interesting without Jalang'o on board," Habiba Yunus says.
"He has left the show so abruptly. He should have told us well in advance so that we prepare psychologically," Fakhe Abdi says.
"Getting someone with Jalang'o's talent won't be that easy. He is just on another level," Galgalo Sabre says.
