Bongo star Ali Kiba has confirmed his marriage is fine.
A few weeks back, there were endless allegations on social media that Kiba has divorced his Kenyan wife, Amina Khalef.
Sources mostly from Tanzania claimed that Amina quit her marriage after she got fed up with Kiba's alleged lack of respect which forced her to ask for a divorce from the singer.
Speaking with Cloud FM on Thursday in an interview during media tours for his latest song, the singer said his family is normal and settled.
"I got a family, it is normal and our son is doing fine (Niko na family kama kawaida, na mtoto anaendelea vizuri)," said Kiba.
His confirmation comes about one month after his wife revealed the same.
Amina who hails from Mombasa County, took to social media where she refuted the breakup claims.
"Face and his blessings, blessed marriage and Allah is the witness. We love each other and we are raising our kid. Their words have failed, we will love each other forever, our love is still a lively baby (Sura na baraka zake ndoa ya haki Allah shahid tumapendana na kulea mtoto wetu. Maneno yao yamegonga mwamba sisi twapendana daima. I love All Penzi lingali hai sanaaa bby @officialalikiba na My son @officialkeyaan.”) Amina had said in an earlier report.
The couple is blessed with one son.
