Former News Star TV, Mwanyagetinge TV and Voice of Victory TV Cameraman Johnson Nyakundi, who was found dead in his house on 1st January after he went missing for one week, was killed by unknown people.
From the Autopsy report filed by Doctor Benjamin Nambuye of Kisii referral Hospital on Friday has now revealed that Johnson Nyakundi was strangled.
Douglas Moseti, a brother to the deceased said his brother was killed by unknown people and his body later dumped in his house in Jogoo Estate Kisii where he stays alone.
“We found his body in his house at Jogoo and the doctor who has done autopsy told us that our brother was strangled on his neck, killed and dumped in his house,” said Moseti.
Johnson is said to have a long-term wrangle with his wife who up to his death were not staying together in Jogoo.
Kisii Scribes led by Joshua Araka have condemned the brutal Killing and have asked the police to urgently investigate the matter and bring the suspects to book.
“We are really shocked that our brother was brutally killed. We ask the police to urgently investigate the matter and arrest all those who were involved in this case,” said Joshua.
