Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris is undoubtedly one of the female politicians in the country, with a high numbers of online stalkers.
Some have been 'fortunate' to attract the attention of the sassy politician, while others have been dismissed or ignored.
On Wednesday, Passaris had to deal with a follower who described himself as a 'potential husband' and wanted to have a date with the ODM legislator.
"I am a potential husband (and) will pay you a visit to your office we schedule for a date," he tweeted.
In her response, Passaris slammed the tweep for disrespecting women and asked him to 'grow up'.
"Really? How shallow can one get? I cannot tell from a text what your potential is in anything let alone a potential husband. My office is not for scheduling dates," she posted, noting the follower had joined her 'blocked list'.
However, the Woman Rep seemed polite while responding to yet another of her follower who asked whether she was still single.
The legislator noted even though she was married to a man who happens to have a second wife, it was like she was single due to 'solitude'.
"I haven't been 'single' for the last 26 years. When one is in a polygamous marriage she can attest and relate to singlehood based on the solitude lifestyle. When one is headstrong and not always submissive she relates to being more single than married," she noted.
