Celina, who was featured in one of Kamaru’s hit songs ‘Celina Hingura Murango’, got a moment to shake President Uhuru Kenyatta’s hand and almost brought the ceremony to a standstill.

Breaking all protocol, Celina moved to where the President was and shared a light moment as she hugged the Uhuru and his deputy William Ruto.

From this video here, the two seemed to have recalled on fond memories.

A super excited Celina (real name Catherine Muthoni) is seen hugging and pecking the president to the amusement of many.

Uhuru is also excited and laughs out loud.

The body language of the President entertained mourners. How Celina penetrated the President’s hawk-eyed security is not clear.

The MC was forced to whisk away Celina to allow the program to continue as the crowd had been totally drawn by the elderly woman’s moment with the head of state.
