Former Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale has continued his attacks on Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga.
Speaking on NTV's Am Live show on Tuesday morning, Khalwale hit out at Raila, claiming that the former Prime Minister has never even helped in the construction of a toilet in any primary school in the country.
Comparing Raila with Deputy President William Ruto, Khalwale opined that the DP has been empowering people, something Raila has never done.
"Those of us who supported him (Raila) for 15 years we are very unhappy that we have given that support unconditionally. He has never built a toilet for us in any primary school, a classroom, a church or nothing. But the Ruto he is hammering is the one helping us to empower our people. We will not listen to him and Kenyans must not listen to him at all," Khalwale said.
Before recently joining Jubilee, Khalwale was the Deputy Party leader in FORD-Kenya, which is part of the NASA coalition.
Khalwale has declared his unwavering support for DP Ruto's 2022 presidential bid and has been actively participating in activities organised by the 'Tangatanga' faction of the Jubilee Party which is allied to DP Ruto.
