2. Eat foods that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids
It is believed that food laced with the nutrients mentioned above can protect your skin against the rays.
These foods are more effective when used in conjunction with sunscreens and sunblocks.
Such foods include salmon, nut oils, algae and hemp seeds.
3. Consume dark chocolate
This chocolate has been associated with various benefits including protecting the skin.
To achieve your goals, eat 2 oz (60g) of this chocolate per day.
However, be warned. Avoid chocolate that has milk added to it as this can prevent the body from absorbing antioxidants needed to protect the skin.
