Nyeri Town MP Ngunjiri Wambugu says that a section of Deputy President William Ruto's allies is most likely to embark on a mission to prioritise the Big Four agenda.
This, says Ngunjiri, will be at the expense of uniting Kenyans and fighting graft.
In a post on his official Facebook page, the legislator opined that President Uhuru Kenyatta will prioritise uniting the country and them fighting corruption.
Implementing the Big Four agenda will follow thereafter according to the Nyeri Town MP.
The MP further noted that a section of lawmakers allied to DP Ruto would move around the country convincing citizens to support the government in ensuring that the Big Four agenda succeeds at the expense of bringing the country together and eradicating graft.
"In coming days you will notice a very concerted effort by TangaTanga MPs to try and get Kenyans to chose between ‘The Big 4’ on one side, and ‘The fight against corruption, & The building bridges effort’, on the other," read part of his post.
The first time MP argued that Ruto's loyalists would tell Kenyans that the Jubilee administration's main pillar was development and the Big Four would help it actualise the same while informing them that other issues could be relegated.
"They will argue that Big4 is the Jubilee Agenda, and suggest that fighting corruption and building bridges is not," said the legislator.
He remarked that the brigade could not explain how the government programmes meant to solve citizens' problems were going to be realised if fraudulent individuals are allowed to loot public coffers and, the way a divided country would fight corruption.
