Detectives had reportedly concluded investigations on the judge and report handed over to the DPP for an action.

Those who attended were Prof. Tom Ojienda, Emily Ominde, Philomena Mwilu, Aggrey Muchelule and Mercy Deche.

Within the compound of the Supreme Court bulding, DPP Noordin Haji's official chase cars would be notice indicating his presence.

The judge, who would either face JSC over graft claims or face the court, is accused of fraudulently acquiring Sh12 million from Imperial Bank.

Further, the judge's integrity is questioned over large withdrawal of funds from account besides linked to collapsing of the IB.

Should the judge be arrested as planned by the State, the action could led yet another debate on separation of power since JSC is mandated to handle indiscipline matters and conducts of judges.
