The piece, uploaded on YouTube, unmasks the mysterious ministry which has left many Kenyans in awe especially due to the fanatical support the Prophet enjoys from the people.

Bichachi traces the origin of Prophet Owuor during his days in Nakuru where he started his preaching.

The piece shows Owuor with small crowds of people as it tries to show the moment things changed in his church and started attracting masses on people.

In what is likely to rub the church’s faithful the wrong way, the journalist interview several sources who worked within the ministry who exposes tricks allegedly used to dupe the flock in order to believe in miracles.

One ex-member of the church says there was exaggeration over the ‘resurrection of Mama Rosa’.The source says they first heard about the ‘resurrection’ on Radio.

“On Radio, it was said she resurrected on Sunday. The communication was made on Wednesday, why did they have to delay the announcement. That thing was exaggerated and we were forced to hold celebrations along the streets with twigs,” an interviewee, whose face is blurred, said.
