John Moguche, the embattled Gusii Water and Sanitation Managing Director has confirmed that he will move to a court of law to challenge his 'forceful' ouster.
Mr. Moguche assured that his team of 'competent' lawyers have commenced drafting court papers to challenge the disrespectful ouster.
"No one has the authority to use force on me to leave office. I am ready and willing to fight my ouster in court to ensure I am completing my tenure as stipulated in my employment contract," he noted.
The MD condemned county askaris who stormed his office last week Thursday to evict him terming them as 'lazy' individuals and 'goons' going against a court order.
"County guards should embrace maturity while at work and not rushing to evict people from office who are occupying the various offices in the county legally," he noted.
Moguche maintained that local leaders who are being used to frustrate his work will not succeed since everyone is protected by the law.
"I know politics is taking the centre stage in my position but, I wish to confirm to my enemies that no one is going to succeed in victimizing and removing me from office," he added.
