Celebrated Tanzanian musician Nandera alias Nandy on Saturday blasted Kenya's top comedian Eric Omondi over dirty shoes.
In a video she posted on her Instagram account, Nandy revealed that Eric Omondi wore the same shoes he performed in during their Friday event.
"Kenyans what's wrong with Eric Omondi's shoes. Yesterday saw him with these shoes on stage with all the rain he was woken up in the morning without cleaning them. (Wakenyaaaa ni nini mbayaaaa na viatu vya @ericomondi. Jana nimemuona navyo kwenye stage na ile mvuaa kaamsha navyo asubuhi bila kufuta)," said Nandy.
In the video, Eric Omondi can be seen in a plane wearing black shoes with a white sole. The shoes can be seen with traces of dirt all over them.
The secretly taken video attracted the attention of Eric Omondi who came out to caution Nandy about the "war" she had started.
"You will not be able to finish the war you have started. Ask for forgiveness early. (Vita ulianzisha hautaweza kuimaliza...Omba msamaha mapema)," said Eric Omondi.
In return, Eric Omondi took a video of Nandy sleeping while on the plane.
"Let's just say Malindi was heavy..," he captioned the video.
The two were among other artists who performed at the Coast.
