Ginger is good for people with irregular periods and cramps. Eat it raw or have some warm water and add ginger into it then drink the solution after every meal.

Eating carrots or drinking carrot juice will make your periods regular as it improves the functioning of the hormones in the body.

Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera helps in regulating the body hormones hence regular periods. Extract a fresh Aloe Vera and obtain the gel from it. Mix the gel with honey and drink it in the morning before having your breakfast.

Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar has got many healthy benefits to the human body. Taking two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar mixed with drinking water daily will help one in healing and dealing with irregular periods.

Raw papaya

Raw papaya helps you to regulate the menstrual flow. It contracts the muscles in the uterus thanks to the iron, carotene, iron, calcium and vitamins A & C present in the papaya.

Turmeric

Turmeric has got the anti-inflammatory properties which are responsible for balancing the hormones. Its warming effect also helps in regulating the menstrual cycle and deals with cramps completely. 

Grapes

Get the grapes and make juice out of them and drink it. Better still, you can eat the grapes directly to have your periods regulated.

Coriander

Coriander is used in the kitchen to make our meals delicious and have a sweet smell. However, it can also be used to heal irregular periods. Extract the coriander and obtain the juice from it and drink it.
