Felix Odiwour popularly known as Jalang'o is no doubt a force to reckon with in the radio fraternity. Jalang'o has won the hearts of many Kenyans.
The CEO of Arena Media revealed during a recent interview with a local TV station why he is always moving from one radio station to another.
“What happened is when I left Maisha and he stayed there we only left the Maisha we did not leave the friendship. So I think if there is one person I hang out with is still Alex even when we were apart and guys kept on asking now you guys why are you lying to us that you are not together anymore you need to get yourselves back here. But anyway my reason for leaving Alex was very very simple. It was money. So I went somewhere where I was needed not where I was loved,” he said.
Initially, Jalang'o hosted Maisha Asubuhi alongside Alex Mwakideu at Radio Maisha. The two were considered the best radio host duo during their time at Radio Maisha.
However, Jalang’o quit the station and joined Hot 96 where he partnered with Jeff Koinange to host the Breakfast Show. He worked with Jeff for a while and attracted a large number of listeners to the radio station during their show.
However, Jalango’s again left Hot 96 for greener pastures at Milele FM. Coincidentally, he joined up with his former radio presenter and close friend Alex Mwakideu at Milele FM.
Notably, before he moved to Radio Maisha, he was co-hosting the breakfast show at Kiss 100 alongside media personality Caroline Mutoko.
