A photo of AU High Representative for Infrastructural Development Raila Odinga with blogger Pauline Njoroge went viral on Monday with Kenyans utterly shocked.
The two were pictured together in Harare, Zimbabwe on Monday and a moment after the latest handshake, Ms Njoroge could not hide her joy on social media.

For the better part of last year, Pauline was linked to infamous 36 bloggers who viciously defended president Uhuru Kenyatta on various social media platforms.
At times, she'd even use unprintable words against Raila, whom she now addresses with dignity and respect based on her social media updates.

It is not clear why she was in Zimbabwe concurrently with Mr Odinga, who attended in his capacity as an African Union official.
Social media users peddled conspiracy theories that Mr Odinga may have after all recruited Njoroge to his team, a claim which cannot be substantiated though.
