Kisii County Jubilee youth Secretary General Isaac Motari maintained that if the constitution is amended, Raila won't be favored.

"The former Prime Minister's time is up in politics. Calling for a referendum won't reduce his years so that he can be younger," he said.

He reiterated that DP Ruto will be the 5th President after President Uhuru Kenyatta completes his second and last term in 2022.

According to him, Ruto enjoys support across the country unlike Raila who has been hiding in the constitutional amendments.

"We can't change the constitution to scrap unnecessary seats only to create the Prime Minister post for Raila. Kenyans have no money to continue paying old grannies who don't want to go home," said Motari.

The vocal youth leader said DP Ruto development ideologies are good thus puts him at a better position to win Presidency in 2022.
