Many things will go through your mind when you feel you have nothing to fight for in this life.

Some people are haunted by thoughts of suicide when the world seems to be turning against them.

Here are three things to do if you are feeling unworthy in life:

1. Do not let the past determine the present and future

Many people stay locked in the past when the storms hit them. 

The things that happened in the past do not matter at this stage of life. 

Take life from a positive side and fight on. 

Focus on the things that matter most in your life. 

Do not put too much effort on things that seem to weaken you even further.

2. Be willing to be free

 Be prepared to free yourself from slavery.  

The feeling of being unworthy is considered self-slavery. 

There is little you can achieve in life if you are not ready for a change. 

Be ready to make things better when the challenges come your way.

3. Go slow

Never rush things in your life. 

When you feel unworthy, start small and grow your strengths in life. 

Concentrate on things that matter most.
