Wiper Party Leader Kalonzo Musyoka on Wednesday during the Labour Day celebrations at Uhuru Park called on Kenyans to follow the Sudanese people example and begin mass demos not to oust President Uhuru Kenyatta, but 'oust' corruption that continues to ravage Uhuru's Jubilee-led-government day-in, day-out.

While Kalonzo's statement may be seen as the right antidote for the runaway thuggery that has characterized Uhuru's leadership since 2013, it was just an empty talk from a Kenyan politician like any another keen to play to the gallery while in real sense he can hardly actualize his words.

The last time I checked, Kalonzo during his late father's funeral vowed to work with Uhuru even swearing that no one will ever 'separate me from my brother President Uhuru Kenyatta'. This would earn him an appointment of peace ambassador of a to wartorn South Sudan.

In short, Kalonzo is part and parcel of the flawed system that is suffocating its people with unprecedented stealing of public resources. As such, he cannot purport to call on the people to collapse the same rigged system that he is part of.

Seemingly, Musyoka is yet to drop his watermelon tag as he simply cannot be hunting with the hounds and running with the hares at the same time.

To paraphrase further, a hyena cannot pretend to call a sheep's meeting to discuss the latter's welfare. It is a lie, it is deceit, it is hypocritical.

The welfare and interests of the sheep can only be addressed by the sheep themselves. Together as one, the flock of sheep can defeat anything they dislike about the small pack of hyenas.

However, the sheep must be very cautious that the flock isn't infiltrated by the same hyenas disguised in sheep's wool.
