Minority leader in the national assembly John Mbadi said that what people are going through with the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) report is the validation process.
The validations process includes the BBI rallies and the meetings that are held with leaders together with citizens from various parts of the country.
"What we are now going through is a validation process of this report (BBI Report)."John Mbadi Said.
During an interview in NTV on Tuesday, the legislature agreed with the fact that Kenyans needs to go through the BBI report and get informed of what it is.
However, he cautioned the panel for not to assume at any moment that all Kenyans are not IT savvy.
"I agree that we need to give Kenyans the report (BBI Report) to read but again, let us not assume that all Kenyans are not IT savvy," He said.
Also, the member of parliament John Mbadi spoke of BBI taskforce, saying that the task force cannot come up with an implementation matrix, as their job was to produce the document for the country.
He added: "The #BBI taskforce cannot come up with an implementation matrix. Their job was to produce a report for this country, which was the beginning of a national discussion"
