Harambee Stars head coach Francis Kimanzi is set to lead his boys in chasing for his first points against Egypt on Thursday.

The stars who are in Group G will be seeking to make it to the AFCON for the second time in a row.

Despite of Kimanzi having nearly a full fit squad to parade against Egypt, head coach is facing Masoud Juma injury and absence of John Avire due to his personal commitments.

Here is a look at Harambee Stars probable lineup against Egypt;

Goalkeeping department

In the goalkeeping department Kimanzi may start with  Patrick Matasi, considering his recall after being dropped during Mozambique international friendly.

Defence

At the right back Kimanzi may start with Samuel Olwande  from Kariobangi Sharks with Sweden based Erick Ouma  playing on the left back.

Joseph Okumu having played several matches may partner with Nkana defender  Harun Shakava at the centre back.

Midfielders

Captain Victor Wanyama may start the match alongside Gor Mahia maestro Kenneth Muguna who proved to be better during 'Mashemeji' derby.

Winger Ayumb Timbe will set to return on the right flank with Sweden based midfielder Erick Johanna on the left flank.

Forwards

Kashiwa Reysol man Michael Olunga will lead the attack line  with Jesse Were.

Probable Starting line up will include: Patrick Matasi, Samuel Olwande, Harun Shakava, Joseph Okumu, Eric Ouma, Victor Wanyama, Kenneth Muguna, Ayumb Timbe, Erick Johanna, Jesse Were and Michael Olunga.
