Steve Mbogo, a popular businessman and former Starehe Parliamentary aspirant has sued Cyprian Nyakundi for defamation.
Nyakundi had published an article on his local website that Mbogo's wife had cheated on him with his driver, a situation that he claims forced Steve Mbogo to revenge by taking another woman known as Haentel Wanjiru on a trip to Europe.
However, Mbogo denied the claims by Nyakundi. Here is what he said on his social media pages.
"The statements that I took a girl to Europe to ease my frustrations, a lady that I even don't know, are completely false and have caused a lot of pain to me and my family. Publishing such false articles tells us the level of disrespect and jealousy that is within many. I assure you that this is the last article that you will publish about me and my family."
