Controversial lawyer Miguna Miguna has come out to give his views over a leaked phone conversation involving Nairobi County Governor Mike Sonko and Nairobi County Woman Rep Esther Passaris.
In a series of tweets numbered 1-7, Miguna revealed various things from the phone conversation.
"The audiotape of a telephone conversation between @MikeSonko and Esther Passaris days after Sonko had dumped human remains at the Jacaranda Grounds to prevent NASA's rally and after @PoliceKE murdered more @RailaOdinga supporters there on Nov. 12, 2017, vindicates me," said Miguna in one of the tweets.
The Canadian-based lawyer went ahead to state that it was evident from the conversation that Orange Democratic Movement leader Raila Odinga was receiving bribes from Jubilee Party MPs.
"In the audiotape, @MikeSonko has leaked, Esther Passaris confirms that @RailaOdinga receives and received millions of bribes and payouts from MPs and @JubileePartyK operatives and that he was paid Shs. 36,000,000 by @MikeSonko to have the petition against @MikeSonko withdrawn," he said in another tweet.
Miguna has been against President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Jubilee Party insisting that corrupt leaders must be defeated and discarded to set Kenyans free.
The leaked phone conversation came just days after Sonko and Passaris fell out during the Madaraka Day celebrations.
