A chopper carrying Isiolo's Governor Mohamed Kuti and two legislators: Isiolo North MP Hassan Oda and Isiolo South MP Abdi Koropu was forced to crash land in a village in Mukurweini due to extreme weather conditions.

The chopper was on its way to a function that was scheduled to be graced by Deputy President William Ruto in Isiolo.

Luckily enough no one was injured in the incident.

Issa Muhamud, the area's police boss, confirmed the incident and said that the emergency landing was due to bad weather.
