Wasafi President Diamond Platinumz has led his fellow Bongo musicians in mourning the sudden demise of one of the "The Mafik’s member, Mbalamwezi.
Diamond through social media handles shared Mbalamwezi's picture before wishing him a peaceful rest.
"MAY YOUR SOUL REST IN PARADISE......🙏🏼," Diamond captioned the photo.
Sources say Mbalamwezi dies on Friday night. The cause of his death is yet to be revealed.His body has been taken to Muhimbili Hospital mortuary in Dar es Salaam.
Several Bongo Stars have taken it on social media to mourn the sudden death of the singer, who was scheduled to a live performance this Friday in the 'Return of Q-Chila' show which is being marketed by WCB's Harmonize.

Before his death, The Mafik band has a number of hit songs which included, Vuruga, Bobo, Passenger, Niwaze ft Ruby, Dodo, Sheba, Nibebe, Abiria and Carol.
Other band group members are Hamadai and Rhino King.
