The property tussle rocking the family of his late brother Former Vice President Michael Wamalwa Kijana has escalated amid conflicting statements from different parties.
Devolution Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa has, however, termed the whole story as fake, reports Citizen.
Two of Wamalwa’s children, Michelle Wamalwa and Duke Mboya, claimed that the CS colluded with other relatives to frustrate them as they sought to dethrone them from the father’s home.
Wamalwa has, however, said that the matter is in court and aggrieved parties should wait for the ruling instead of mudslinging him and other relatives.
The duo, born of the late Yvonne Wamalwa, said that their woes started following the demise of their mother. They claimed that Michelle, who was pursuing her studies in Australia was forced to drop out of school after the property row escalated because of lack of fees.
They also said that they efforts to benefits from their late parents benefits proved futile after the relatives led by the CS showed interest in the property.
Duke and Michelle also said that an injunction has been placed on their home in Karen, claims a group of siblings have dismissed as false.
The other children of the late Wamalwa- William Wamalwa Senior Jabali Wamalwa, William Wamalwa Junior and Alice Muthoni Wamalwa have also faulted their step brother and sister for plotting to grab their late father’s property.
