They understand that there will be times when you won't be in the mood to work but despite that, they are consistent in whatever they have chosen to do.

How you use your time determines how productive you are. Funny enough, people on their way to greatness don't spend their time democratically.
They know when to put unimportant things aside and focus on things that really matter. They spend time with family and they know that after that comes serious work and nothing else.
