Machakos Governor Dr Alfred Mutua on Wednesday affirmed that he deeply loves his wife, Lilian Ng’ang’a.
Speaking during an interview on Citizen’s JKL Live on Wednesday, Mutua said that he is proud to be married to his wife because she has been very supportive.
He said that Nga’ng’a has been giving him a shoulder to lean on when things are not going as expected.
He also noted that the wife has been giving him ideas on how he can transform the lives of the residents since he was elected into office.
Governor Mutua noted that the Machakos County First Lady has been on the forefront in championing for the rights of women and children.
“I am happy to have @Machakos1stLady in my life. I am happy, she helps me come up with ideas, she's a strong partner even in my work and I am very proud of her work in the County,” he said.
Governor Mutua promised to continue working with his wife to offer the people the best before he completes his second and final term in office.
“I assure the people of Machakos that now that the court case is over, I want to make sure my people have money in their pockets, I want to change the lives of my people and I am ready for the challenge,” he said.
