This comes in the wake of a viral tell-tale phone recording allegedly of the former Senate minority leader and an Arab man said to be working for the Saudi crown prince.

The visibly angry Arab man shouts at the legislator as he desperately tries to calm him down.

From the conversation, it is apparent that the man is angry at delays in a business deal leading to shouting.

Pointing out that it's been five months yet nothing has been delivered, he warns 'Wetangula' against trying to play a game and make the crown prince angry.

"We have had five months...Believe me, any movements will be a disaster for all of you and myself who is included...Is that our problem? It is not our problem...After five months, the patient will over. It is over. But Moses don't forget you are the first one with all the documents, you and him. Don't play a game and waste their time and don't make them more and angrier. If you are not able to do it, just say no," the man with an Arabic accent said.

The senator tells the man not to shout as it is not going to help anyone.

"Shouting is not going to help anyone," he says.

The phone recording comes in the wake of arrests as wide-ranging investigations into the fake gold syndicate continue apace.

Wetangula has not addressed the recording.
