Kapseret Member of Parliament Oscar Sudi now says that Jubilee Party failed to strategise accordingly in the just-concluded Kibra by-election.
Though he congratulated Kibra MP-elect, Imran Okoth, Sudi on Friday said that the party failed to have a contingency plan in addressing issues of voter intimidation.
''We only failed to strategize well on the fact we were not aware that there were hired goons who were intimidating voters not to come out and vote. We never knew that there were people threatening voters behind the scenes. I personally believe Imran Okoth is a good person and am (sic) sure he will deliver to people of Kibra,'' read part of Sudi's post.
Sudi maintained that Jubilee has not given up yet saying "To our political nemesis, we are not done with you yet we just postponed our victory. We will live to fight another day."
Mariga conceded defeat and called Imran and invited him for lunch.
Kibra seat fell vacant after the death of Ken Okoth who succumbed to cancer in July.
