Soy sauce is always dark in colour and this can make your teeth to gradually change its colour. Always use less to avoid your teeth turning.

4. White wine.
Even though white wine is not dark like others, but it is known to make the stains that are already on your teeth darker and more invisible.
5. Candy.
Sugar not only causes tooth cavities but also makes the pH of your mouth to be low and this makes your teeth to be prone to danger.
6. Blackberries.
It is not said that you should not eat fruits now, we all know that fruits are rich in vitamins. Do not eat fruits especially blackberries after having your teeth whitened as the black colour in the blackberry stains.
7. Soda and sugary drinks.
Carbonated drinks can lead to you having holes in your teeth, decreasing their strength and making them more prone to stains. The colour in soda such as coca-cola is sure to stain your teeth gradually.
8. Citrus fruits.
An acidic environment in the mouth is associated with stains on the teeth. Lemon and other acidic fruits can cause a yellow tint on your teeth.
