Opore said he is not bothered because not all political losers can be accommodated in government.

"I am happy that President Uhuru Kenyatta made State appointments and absorbed some of my colleagues who lost political seats during the last year's polls.

"I could not make it to be among them because not all of us could have been appointed to join government," he said.

Opore expressed confidence that he may be appointed anytime by the Head of State in case of future appointments.

"I have a good relationship with Mr. Kenyatta and I am expecting to be appointed for e State job next time," he noted.

Opore lost his seat on August 8 2017 to Oroo oyioka, which he was defending on a Jubilee party ticket.

He had disputed Oyioka's victory saying he rigged the elections but lost the appeal in Kisumu Appeals Court.
