Police have launched investigations into an incident where a middle-aged woman in Molo sub-county, Nakuru was found stabbed by unknown people.
Teresia Muthoni Wanjiku was found lying in a pool of blood by her mother Grace Muthoni Mwangi who was alerted by screams from her daughter’s house at around 5:00 am.
Muthoni said she found her bleeding and called the police who took her to Elburgon sub-county hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Confirming the incident, Elburgon assistant county commissioner Naftali Korir said they have launched investigations into the incident.
The administrator called on the public who might have information about the person who had accompanied the deceased on Sunday evening to report to the police in a bid to unmask the attackers.
The body of the 34-year-old who is a mother of four has been taken to Elburgon Mortuary waiting for postmortem.
