Fans attending the match between Bandari FC and Zoo Kericho on Sunday were shocked after a fan threatened to shoot a Bandari FC player.

The fan made his way onto the pitch and was restrained from whipping and using his gun. 

The image doing rounds on social media shows the man trying to reach his pistol with Bandari players a few meters away. 

According to initial reports, the man is a former  Chemelil and Zoo Kericho goalkeeper and is currently attached to a member of parliament.
