Controversial Gatundu South Mp Moses Kuria has revealed his proposal regarding the referendum.
In the proposal, Kuria sent to Speaker of National assembly Justin Muturi last month, he wants an inclusive government
According to Kuria's proposal, the cabinet should compromise the President, Deputy President, Prime Minister, two Prime Ministers, not more than 26 Ministers and not more than 26 Assitant Ministers.
The vocal lawmaker further proposed that presidential candidate should vie through joint ticket.
The president as well should be vying with his/her choice of Deputy President, Prime Ministers and Deputy Prime Ministers. He proposed all to be having a different ethnicity.
"The joint candidates for Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Ministers should vie for election as members of National Assembly.
"In the event, a person is elected President, but his/her choice of Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister is not elected to parliament, the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister shall automatically be nominated as the Member of National Assembly," read the proposal.
Furthermore, Kuria who has declared his interest for the presidential seat defined exclusive roles for Prime Minister.
He proposes that he/she will have the authority to coordinate and supervise the execution of the functions and affairs of the government including those of minister among other roles.
