Speaking in Kisumu on Sunday, the former Vice President urged Uhuru to come clear on his said 2013 deal with his deputy William Ruto, whom he promised to pick as his successor.

He noted that Kenyans have been left in the dark regarding the deal, with Uhuru remaining silent and completely refusing to delve into politics, terming it time for work and service to Kenyans.

"Kenyans are not privy to any information about a deal struck between the President and his deputy in Jubilee Party over a planned succession of the President," he was quoted by the Standard.

Mudavadi was addressing journalists after a church service at the Christ Is The Answer Ministry (CITAM) church.

The ANC boss also raised concerns regarding Uhuru's new working union with Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Raila Odinga, terming it a minus for a group of Kenyans.

He noted that if transformed into a political deal, the Uhuru-Raila ticket might victimize other presidential aspirants, and wants Uhuru to reveal the plan ahead of time.

"What does such a deal leave those of us and others interested in the Presidency if at all it was hatched?" he posed.

He also joined Raila in telling off Ruto whose allies have been riding on the said 2013 deal to campaign for his 2022 presidential bid, saying that his presidency is not guaranteed.

Speaking at his Opoda Farm home in Bondo, Siaya on Saturday, Raila lashed out at the DP, reminding him that Kenyans were not part of the deal, and should not be forced into it.
