Mr. Nyambati, who resigned from Jomo Kenyatta Foundation to contest Nyamira gubernatorial elections, was elected to land a state job.

Last year at Nakuru State House, President Uhuru Kenyatta promised to reward all Jubilee campaigners from Gusii once he settled.

For the third time in as many weeks, Nyambati will be supposed to initiate a case against Governor John Nyagarama after failing to kick start in two occasions.

Last Monday, his legal team was given another week by Registrar of Supreme Court to submit all required documents for mentioning.

A lawyer, who represented him in Appeals Court where he lost, claims that the former MP has not managed to pay legal fee to his counsels thus delaying the case.

Mr. Nyambati, whose case was first thrown away by High Court, finished second with 59,000 votes in three race that was won by Nyagarama who scored 65,000, votes.

The Supreme Court will determine the merit of the case before proceeding for full trial.
