An angry wife attacked her husband for allegedly peeping into their daughter’s bedroom on Tuesday at Metamaywa.
Stella Nyaanga said she saw her husband, Geoffrey Moenga, peeping through the window where their daughter sleeps.
“I didn’t believe my eyes when I found him peeping through the window into the bedroom where our daughter sleeps.
"I picked a wooden block and beat him up for lacking respect to our daughter,” she said.
Area local administrator James Obare said the woman injured her husband hand.
“The man was injured on his left hand while he tried to block the wife from attacking him. It is not clear why the man was peeping into his daughter’s bedroom who was naked alone after she had left the bathroom,” he said.
Obare also warned men against such 'behaviors' which he claimed could lead to rape cases which are reportedly on the rise in the region.
