A man's marriage is hanging on balance after he allegedly had sex with his sister-in-law
It is alleged that the man, Alphonce Mogaka, lured his wife's sister into a lodging in Keroka town on Sunday.
"Mogaka booked a lodging before he called his wife's young sister to have sex with her not knowing his wife had laid a trap on him. The wife, Rosebella Moraa, stormed the lodging facility where she found Mogaka in the act with her young sister," said a witness Vincent Ochoi.
Mr Ochoi said the angered Moraa forced her way into the room after the lovebirds refused to open the door.
"Moraa attacked the lovebirds who were naked in the lodging before members of the public intervened. Moraa a mother of two has since threatened to formally divorce Mogaka," he stated.
Area chief Kennedy Ndege said the matter will be discussed by elders on Wednesday.
"Neighbor's tried to calm down Moraa so that elders can discuss her husband's behavior. The elders decision will be used to decide whether Moraa will divorce Mogaka because she wants to go away with all the family property," said Ndege.
