There was drama in Garissa after a young man in his late teens disrobed after Man City's 2-0 victory over a clueless Chelsea.
Witnesses say that Abduba stripped to his underwear after a bet in which he had staked an unspecified amount on both teams to score went haywire.
Chelsea failed to score in the Community Shield fixture played at the iconic Wembley Stadium.
"He staked his money on goal-goal. That did not happen as only Manchester City scored. He removed his clothes and remained with his underwear," Sadic Ibrahim, a resident, says.
