President Uhuru Kenyatta's performance scoreboard speaks for itself, Jubilee Secretary General Raphael Tuju has said.
In an interview with K24 on Sunday, Tuju said that President Kenyatta has lived up to the expectations of Kenyans and there is still room for him to complete stalled projects.
He said that Kenyans are too impatient with the president but he means well for them. He reminded the citizens of this nation to appreciate each others effort.
"Kenyans should appreciate that we have relative peace. Next door, they are settling their differences with guns and bombs," he said.
Tuju argued that Uhuru deserves credit for the 100 percent transition of learners to Secondary. The former Rarieda MP said that Uhuru has invested a lot in the education sector, which will payback.
"Kenya is the first country in Africa to achieve 100% transition from primary school to secondary education," he argued.
The CS noted that the current regime has managed to control the population, which he says was growing at an alarming rate. Tuju said that the control of the population creates room for better service delivery.
"There was a time when Kenya had the highest population growth rates in the world. Those chickens have come home to roost," he added.
