Nasra Yusuf Ahmed, commonly referred to as Nazz, is arguably one of the funniest comedians performing in the Churchill live show that is aired on one of the mainstream local stations.
Just like other female comedians, little is known about her, especially what she earns after a thrilling performance.
It can now be revealed that Nasra earns up to Ksh 50,000 on a good day per show.
I an interview with a local Somali radio channel, Nasra revealed that she is paid per show, a fact that now means for her to earn, she must appear on stage.
Responding to a question on her monthly earning, Nasra disclosed that they are never paid on monthly basis but per show performed live on stage.
"You must perform to be paid. On a good day, we are paid as much as Ksh 50,000," revealed the comedian.
However, Nasra also said that one must be willing and ready to go through hard times before finally reaching the top.
"I must say comedy is thrilling but on should have must go through 'hell' before shining. One has to do a lot of research to be relevant and this determines whether you will perform on stage or not," Nasra revealed in the radio interview.
On her memorable moments, Nasra says she will never forget the very day when Churchill first introduced her to the stage before a live performance.
She says it was such a great dream come true and hopes to win in many other comical competitions.
